Shipping.

The cut off time for orders is 16:00 hrs. Orders received after this time will result in the order being processed the next working day.

Please note that orders received, on Saturday or Sunday, will be classed as received on Monday (except those received on Bank Holidays, which will be classed as received on the following working day).

Please wait for confirmation via email that your order has been successfully processed. In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order at any stage prior to shipping. 

On the occasions when a particular product is exclusively handmade to order, custom made, or a size or colour is unavailable in-store, its production times may be extended. Please find these details in the shipping + content on each product. 

We understand you will be looking forward to receiving your order but please be patient with us. We work alongside other small independent business and we work hard to fulfil our customers orders as quickly as possible.

UK orders are shipped - Standard 1st class 'signed for' 24 - 48 hrs - £4.95

Smaller Beds and Carriers are shipped Standard 1st class 'signed for' 24 - 48 hrs - Larger Beds are shipped Parcelforce 48 hour tracked 'UK ONLY' both are £9.99

Europe Standard Delivery - Tracked and signed 7-10 days  £9.95

United States - Tracked and signed £14.95

Worldwide - International shipping £19.95
